COP Café
A café for a climate conference, built to the standard the conference argues for.
A temporary building at a climate summit has to practise what the summit preaches, and do it legibly. The design uses reusable components, low-carbon materials and a servicing strategy that keeps energy demand visible instead of burying it in a plant room.
That visibility was half the brief: every decision had to be explainable to the people walking through it.
